Questions

  • I primarily work with children ages 3–10, along with their families and caregivers. Depending on the needs, I may offer support to older children or teens on a case-by-case basis.

  • Most sessions are 45–55 minutes long. Depending on the age of the child and the goals of therapy , session length may vary. How your child presents on a specific day can also alter session length. Empowering your child to leave feeling success is my goal!

  • Sessions are typically held weekly or every other week on a consistent day and time. This helps create structure and consistency for the child.

  • Yes! Caregiver involvement is often a key part of the process, especially for younger children. We’ll work together to support growth at home and across environments.

  • Absolutely. With consent, we’re happy to collaborate with teachers, pediatricians, or other professionals involved in your child’s care to ensure a coordinated approach.

  • Our office is located at 609 West Johnson Ave in Cheshire, CT. We are on the 4th floor in Unit 411.

  • I accept the following insurances: Husky, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, UMR, Connecticare, and Cigna.

    I am in the process of being paneled with Anthem insurance but offer an income based sliding scale in the meantime. If you have any questions about what this may look like for you, please feel free to reach out!
